Guffey Among Seven Professionals to Complete Maritime Port Executive Certification Program

In June 2019, Marsha Guffey was among seven maritime professionals who completed the Inland Maritime Port Executive certification program conducted in conjunction with the Inland Rivers Ports & Terminals Association and International Association of Maritime and Port Executives. In addition to learning the ins and outs of the port business, the attendees got to witness firsthand the results of the Great Flood of 2019 at the Little Rock Port Authority.
